So this is my old Bogart Bass
Strung E-C as we speak.
Recently set up and all electronics serviced.
Two years ago I sent it back the luthier to have a new fingerboard.

There are some scuffs to the body but otherwise the bass is in good condition and plays well.
General tarnishing to tuners etc as one would expect on a well gigged instrument.

Pickups are Bartolini

The preamp is active/passive with bass/mid/treble cut/boost and pickup pan.

Neck is 35" and bridge fully adjustable (inc string spacing)

Neck profile is flat and the bass balances perfectly.

Selling as I really have no need for several 5 strings anymore.

Softcase included.

Hmmm am away till sunday mate. There's some adjustment in it but according to Neil Murrays old bass it was 1.9cm

Good space to allow slap and a nice flat profile to neck, if you like that of course!

It is a great bass and has sadly just been used for teaching recently as I have different requirements sonically. So it must go at somepoint :-S

Normal strings, same headstock as mine.

Yep still mooching around.
I use standard strings, think double ball work too as they are clamped in the headstock 'tuners'

Yes and it did. I just had several 5s at the time and used this for nore chordak stuff.

Hi. are you sure this bass is scale 35 and not 34?. I have had a Bogart like this, improved by me with aguilar obp3 preamp but with 34 scale.
