This is a "steal" at this price imo. I had a 5er in black and the range of tones is immense with proper German build quality too! I didn't find the neck at all chunky on my 2006 model and nice and fast- GLWTS 😀

I have three and find the necks easy to get on with. I'd love a good P-bass, but find the necks too big in comparison.
