He even waited for like 2 months till I was able to find someone to pick it up for me (cuz I didn't want to ship it via UPS or so). And we had like 40 minute talk via skype before I decided to buy the bass... Very responsive, very friendly... Since then we are friends. I think that says it all... Quote
