Just to say that this is as new, never hugged (edit: 'gigged' - it's obviously had plenty of hugs) - I can't find a flaw on it.

This pedal is based on jFET transistors with an operating voltage of 33 volts (Step-Up converter to 33 volts inside, so you only need to supply it with 9v, it does the rest).
This high voltage is necessary to obtain a good dynamic characteristics of guitar signal. Many guitar pedals using 9 volts, but with this voltage is not possible to get a good dynamic sound.

The use of jFET transistors allowed to enrich the sound of the even harmonics. This makes it sound like a tube preamp and a good signal / noise ratio. All transistors are carefully selected by parameters.
