RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE
Yesterday , while doing some shopping in Kingston I came across a couple of picture frames ,which allow you to display record album covers. They were in hmv of all places. Cheap and cheerful . After cutting my thumb on the metal spikes on the back of the frames, I put them up in next to no time . I haven't the amount of albums on vinyl as I used to have , as I went the cd route back in the'80s. Thinking about what to put in there wasn't easy at first .Then I realised I could probably change my mind anytime and.change as and when . So here is my first effort. I took vinyl out of sleeve btw;) I'm sure some of you have some also? (As usual , when loading images on Basschat , the pics are not the right way up) Edited March 27, 2016 by RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE
discreet
A great idea for those of us with time on our hands who like to cling to the past. Well done! Seriously though, they're a great idea. I might have a go at that. It's not like anyone's playing my vinyl. RhysP
These frames seem to be everywhere at the moment, quite a few shops in Cardiff have them. Obviously cashing in on the vinyl revival.
RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE
Yeah, it's something that a lot of us overlooked for years. I would imagine that they would've been expensive years ago
RhysP
Yeah, now the frames are cheap & the vinyl is really expensive.
