Asked the seller a question and half hour later it had ended. Is it anyone here by any chance??

There do seem to be some very good Trace Elliot bargains coming up for sale at the moment....

Seen these?

I managed to pick up a TE Tramp 80w Guitar amp for my niece's husband for £30 - cost more in petrol to collect than for the item itself.

Same really, I went lightweight when I left Leicester after running a huge trace stack for years, but just lately I've missed the 'sense of occasion' you get with a big, glowy, fan humming old trace!

Congratulations. Does it sound as good as it looks?

just got hold of a 200watt series 6 head, alright it's heavy for a head but carrying it with one hand is no problem, used with light weight cabs bloody marvellous, combo's are way too heavy though

Yeah saw that and a couple of others nearer to me, but in the end bit the bullet and went for a Hexavalve!

Oooh I had one of those as my first proper amp - great bit of kit, super reliable and proper jeans flapping possibilities!
I used it with a Trace Elliot Red Line 4x10 & 1x15, as I recall I had a bit of an issue destroying the 10" speakers.

Tempted and not too far away either.😎
