For sale:

SKC Bogart Blackstone, made in Germany 1993/94,
Blackstone composite body, semi headless graphite neck,
Bartolini pickups, Kurandt 3EQ pre amp, active/passive volume,
can also be played without a battery.

Bass is well used, but in good condition. Pickup housings are showing signs
of use. Volume knob (chicken head) seems to be not original.
One small 'flaw": Pan potmeter keeps on rotating and has no
stopping point. It does have a center, and it works without a problem
and has never bothered me, so therefor I never had it replaced.
Has recently had a setup with new strings.

Nut width is 40 mm.
Weight is 4 kg / 8.8 lbs.

Great rare bass with a very very cool body pattern. B)

Does it have a trussrod ? Is there a case or gigbag for it ? Thx.
[/quote]

No, it doesn't have a trussrod. No need for it.
I'll include a nice gigbag with it.

Thiis ad is so annoying . Best have a bump, to put me out of my misery. If the funds were there, I would've had this . I know that I'm after one more decent bass( a headless that I don't really need).
I assume this is also good for metal .

Bump

All fun and games aside, these Bogarts are a very good alternative to Statii Moduli or ZONs. Back in the day I even preferred my Bogart over the S2 I had.
