moonbass
Does anyone know anybody who would repair a Mackie SRM 450? Preferably in the southeast or midlands. I think it's a power supply issue (when plugged in tends to trip circuit breakers). Ta, Andy

moonbass
Sorry for late reply tauzero; finally got around to taking the Mackie in to Pro Audio Service this week. Seems like a thouroughly nice chap, but it's looking unlikely to be repairable Many thanks for the recommendation though Andy
luckydog
Hi moonbass, yup a quick look at the schematic for that Mackie speaker suggests it has a switch mode PSU, and such faults are notoriously hard and uneconomic to repair. LD
