wateroftyne
Here's a little clip from a gig this weekend.. you can get an idea at 3:10 how rich the DI is. It's sometimes tricky getting that kind of definition with flats. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dDe22sXRDMg

wateroftyne
Incidentally, I asked Leszek about repairs, etc., and here's his reply:
The amp is very well built but I wouldn't dare to say that it's indestructible! This is an electronic device assembled from hundreds of pieces, and like any amp there is always a possibility that something might break. Sending schematics to any place in the world is not a problem though. Local amp techs will manage to repair the R-400 easily.
Hopefully it'll be a long time before it's needed, but good to know there's nothing 'stealth' going on under the hood. TPJ
Looking at that pic, there is only access to one valve! How do you go about changing/swapping?
I asked the manufacturer about swapping valves and he told me you can only change the leftmost valve (looking at the front of the amp). I did this with mine and it isn't hard. You just need to be careful as it's all hand wired boards. Edited November 17, 2016 by TPJ
Pow_22
Yes. It seems part of the chassis overhang is in the way so to change 2 of the 3 valves would mean taking the PCB out?
