He reminds me of Prince all over again.

First off i think the guy is a genius. What a singer/ organist. Not in the same POP way that Prince is/was, but a very special musician all the same. Always has great musicians playing for him. Well Pino for one.i just think the music he makes is fantastic. Its all about the music. Ive loved this guys music since Brown Sugar when i was in my 20's. i can't say he doesn't remind me of Prince and got his influence from him.

In a similar vibe, I saw this guy playing in a pub in London last year - stripped back set of just him playing guitar & singing with a guy on one of those drum boxes they sit on, I was very impressed.

I seem to remember seeing an interview where he openly spoke about being a major fan of Prince. I'm a big fan of his ex-missus Angie Stone too.
