gafbass02
Did an outdoor gig with my markbass traveller 102p, 151hf and lmk2 on Sat. Fairly large stage with the amp set well back on a very wobbly wooden stage. Playing away i realised that i was really loud ( i turned down!) even from that distance with the sound full, clean and clear from deep bass notes on the detuned E right up to my chords and harmonics. Heres the thing........ When i took it down i realised id not properly plugged in the 151hf, id done the whole gig just on the 102p!?!?!?!?!?! Unreal! makes me gutted i carted that Trace rig around so long! The LMK was only up to about 9 oclock! and that was into 8 ohms cooool Edited July 11, 2007 by gafbass02
nottswarwick
the 102p is a great cab. I gigged last night with mine, and it was great again. It lacks a little on a B string, but in all trtuth you need no more as long as you have PA support (I always do). My rig is my monitor, at the end of the day, and it can get bloody loud. machinehead
Ha ha. I used to use a pair of these stacked on their sides. Lovely sound and VERY loud. Tiny footprint in small pubs. One was enough though. I've sold them on now but I wish I'd kept one of them. Frank
