Does anyone have a lead on where this bass is? I had I built in the early 90s and bought it back in the early 2000s and then sold it to Rayfw.
It's a Jims Cairns neck I stunning Birdseye, ash body in old English white, with real MM 2 band circuit and pickup, Schaller tuners and MM bridge.

I'd really like it back if anyone knows of its whereabouts?
Thanks

Sorry, I don't know where it is but think you should have hung on to it! :gas:

I have an almost Identical Jim Cairns neck on a Stingray shaped body, with two EMG pick-ups.

The bass is great the veck is Luvvverleeee! :D

Good luck in your search - hope you find it.

Cheers. :)

Many years later. . . . I still can't help you but after all those years, I still have the bass with the Jim Cairns neck.

Maybe someone bought this gem of a bass and a bit like you, can't bear to be parted with it.

Frustratingly, they are keeping shtum, fearing the loss of it.

Can you blame them?

I genuinely feel your pain.

Fingers crossed. 🤞
