FS - BagEnd D12-D 4 Ohm bass cab, two full range custom 12” Eminence ceramic speakers (no tweeter) Deep Red Series, which originally had an intergrated power amp but I removed (& sold) then sealed the hole with ply & hooked up a neutrik speakon. I've only used it a couple of times at studio but last time I paired with my GK 400RB-IV (also FS) & Darkglass B7K and it just roared ! If heavy rock/metal is your thing then this is a fantastic match .. I think these BagEnd cabs like to be cranked.

As much as I love these Bagend cabs the weight is just too much for my ageing back :(

Check out Talkbass about this brand, old school type construction (18mm ply) & heavy ceramic drivers .. great tone but comes at a price = weight 33kg (bathroom scales), but quite compact 28.5"h x 18.5"w x 15.5"d

Similar spec to this can be found on Bagend site but looks like the Deep Red Series is no longer available so check the birch oiled 212 to get info etc

One of the original drivers had a slight crease in the cone so Bagend sent a brand new replacement which I installed.

These ceramic Bagend speakers (custom made by eminence) are very efficient but don't put out lots of low end which can be a good thing.

Now including a Bagend S15X-D in excellent condition (with roqsolid cover)

Try this, to delete attachments no longer required, and liberate quota space..?

Go to your 'My Profile' (your pseudo, top right...).
Select 'Edit my Profile' (black button a bit below...).
Select 'Manage Attachments' (in the list on the left...).
They are listed in date order. Navigate to oldest, select those to be deleted (tick boxes on the right...).
Select 'Delete Selected' (grey button at bottom right of list...).
Repeat, page by page, until all unwanted attachments are deleted.

Using the BBCode link supplied by an external photo account such as Imgur is a good idea; the photos are better presented and it uses no BC server space. I use Imgur (it's free...); here's what it looks like (the correct link for Basschat is in green...) ...

Other image hosting sites are similar, I believe (assuming use of a PC; I know nothing of other devices...).
Hope this helps...

These really are great cabs. One of the best sounding I've ever heard. I agree that they like to be cranked up but they handle the power without any trouble at all :)

I bumped this by mistake lol .. anyway I’ve decided to withdraw as I really do love this cab & might just use it now & then, also had little interest which is a pity coz I think Bagend maybe get overlooked ... it’s all good :)
