Maple fretboards vs stage lights.

So I've started playing live again. I'd totally forgotten how stage lights make those small black dots disappear on the side of my PBass. Maybe being RG colour blind doesn't help.

I think maybe I'll get some Luminlay with the black surround and green insert and get the drill out.

Before drilling the FB try to see if you can see the luminlay well on stage, it's green and from what i undertand you're Red/Green colour blind. Maybe Blue (and/or LED) markers would suit you better.
