Bass Gear - customer service

Anyone had any recent experience with Bass Gear? Have sent a few emails to them but no response at all. Will think about giving them a call sometime but to be honest a bit put off by the lack of response. Appreciate any feedback from other basschatters.

Can't speak for their communication skills but I started a thread asking if it was worth a visit as I'm going to be in the Reading area tomorrow, and everyone seems to speak very highly of them.

Just give them a call, could be they've just got some internet issues....

I've always them to be very customer focused - Molan is a valued and respected member here - and the service as always been excellent.
