Looking for musicxml files exported from Guitar Pro 6 for my PhD research

First off if this isn't the best place for this post - mods please feel free to move/adjust/delete accordingly.

Second I'm looking for someone willing to help me out by making and then exporting some guitar pro 6 files as musicxml.

These wouldn't be song tabs or transcriptions, I'm needing a file that contains all of the specialised bass/guitar notations for indicating the technique e.g. slapping, popping, hammer-on, pull-offs, tapping, harmonics, deadnotes ect. that is then exported to musicxml.

The reason for this is I'm wanting to know if and how guitar pro exports these notation markings into musicxml format before I commit to purchasing a copy, and unfortunately the trail version doesn't allow for any kind of exporting. I'm needing specifically the musicxml files so that I can parse and analyse them as part of my PhD research.

I mention Guitar Pro 6 as my focus is on guitar and bass notations and is reasonable affordable, but if anyone is willing to help that uses a different piece of music notation software that handles bass guitar notations and can export to musicxml i'm all ears!

If you get no luck with your request.
Maybe another option or two....

Notion 5 is good for this - There is a demo.
Two versions.
Full.

Cut down version, specifically for Bass/Guitar etc.

Or you can always try MuseScore - it's free.

Here you go; try these (download and re-name as a 'zip' file; it's the System that friggs up the file extension like that...)...

Unzip to get the GP file + the Xml file.

The first half is 'Misty', for reference, followed by the same, but with an example of pretty well every effect on the bas track. Sounds 'orrible, but you guessed that, anyway. Get back to me if there's a problem, or if you need more...
Hope this helps.

Thank you! Yes definitely helps - just one thing is it possible to have the pdf/jpeg of the correctly formatted music? I'm unable to read the GPX file at present due to not having GP6!

And Fretmeister, lowdown, thank you for the replies. Musicxml isn't too hard to come by, but seems support for any specialised instrument notation support is!

Certainly; see attached 'pdf' (again, download and change the suffix...)
