Lozz196 Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 (edited) One Mexican Fender Precision in very good condition, made in 2012. No nicks or dings. All electrics, bridge adjustment screws and truss-rod work perfectly. Plays like a dream. Pickup changed to a Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounder. Weight 9.2lbs. £385.00 for this very nice example. Ideal as a backup to your US Precision, though saying that I used this as my main gigging bass for a good few months and never found it lacking. For anyone looking at the ad on a mobile device, I`m in Hemel Hempstead, Herts (J8 on the M1). Edited April 29, 2016 by Lozz196
basskit_case Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Whats the neck like, proper precision or thinner than that?
FinnDave Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Damn, my favourite colours, back/black/maple, perfect match for my Jazz bass!
Lozz196 Posted April 27, 2016 Author Posted April 27, 2016
Whats the neck like, proper precision or thinner than that?
Proper Precision width, 42mm at the nut. Not as deep front to back as my US 2015, but that`s probably the deepest necked Precision I`ve had. This one is just about right for a Precision, not shallow at all.
Lozz196 Posted April 27, 2016 Author Posted April 27, 2016
Is there a case with this?
There isn`t, but I`m also selling a couple of Fender SKB hard cases at the moment, the ones that the airlines have the keys to. Would do a slight reduction on each item to pair together.
FinnDave Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 hmmm,to save me searching how much and how slight a reduction?
