Graham
Just wanted to share some good customer service from James Kitchen at Diago, one of the brackets that held the handle of my Gigman pedalboard sheared off at a gig last weekend, so I emailed them on Sunday and asked if they cpuld replace the bracket. Gt an email back Monday morning, apologising for the problem and offering to send out the brackets free of charge. They arrived today and now my pedalboard has a working handle again, great to see the level of customer service you want and expect. Sammers
+1 The exact same thing happened with my Diago, think James responded in something silly like 10 minutes! It's nice to know their customer service is consistent!
