TC Electronic BG 250

Hi

I tried out the TC BG250 - 210 and was quite happy with it, however I have noticed the BG250 -115 is nearly £100 cheaper.

Anyone tried a comparison?

TC have a comparison of all the versions of the BG250 on their web-site somewhere. I can't be bothered to look for it as the bottle of wine is going down nicely. If you can't find it I'll look around tomorrow.

I have the 115 and sometimes it can get a bit droney but it definitely packs a punch ! Not tried the 28s or 210 yet but I think they would be good for acoustic set up

I've got the 12" and its superb

I've got the 208, so convenient. Use it for practice and with a jazz quintet.

Hook up an extension cab for rock and pop.

Weighs 26lb, built in tuner, spectracomp loaded, mains lead tucks in the back recess and stays there with a hotcover on. Great little package.

does anyone know if the reliability issues on the BG 250 range has been sorted on the current builds?
I've got a friend about to pull the trigger on a new one (2x10) and would love to offer some reassurance!

I had one for a while the 2x8 version great little practice amp fo home and quiet rehearsals hook it up to a bigger cab and it will cover most gigs. Never missed a beat
