redbandit599
Hi all Any recommendations for finding backing band type loops/tracks (without bass) for practice purposes? Just looking for something to jam along too without having a preconceived idea of what to play from an existing bass line. Cheers J
elephantgrey
Ì use GuitarPro, If you can find decent tabs for a song(s) that your practicing you can mute the bass part, and play along that way while reading the bass tab(/notation). Most songs do sound quite obviously midi, but it works for me. Other options would be to get a DAW and try and find the midi file for the song and import that. redbandit599
Cheers for that - I'm pretty basic, so I suppose I'm just after something that is kind of 'funk in b' or something and leaves me to work the rest out rather than as a means of learning material. I suppose I'm try to sharpen up my ear and jamming really.
