Deep Thought Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 They're all Japanese made, but some were for export and some Japan-only, however I don't think that affects what sort of jack socket they have-I don't know why some have the strat socket and some don't. I used to know bit more about this when I owned one, but forgot it all when I sold it. Quote

[/quote] Me too. I have a P and a Jazz and all my leads are straight for the amp and angled for the bass. Quote
Lozz196 Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 Same here, angled bit for the Precision, straight bit for the effects pedals or amp. Quote
M@23 Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 Angled. All my cables are angled one end and straight the other, as I liked having the option depending on which bass I was playing. Now I just have the one bass which takes an angled plugs better; I'll go double angled next time I buy cables. Quote
Painy Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 (edited) Angled at the bass end, straight at the amp end. Am I the only one that initialy misread the thread title as straight plugs or anal plugs? Edited June 3, 2016 by Painy Quote
