I took that same picture a a while back, and was disappointed to find out it was a theatre thing.

It's a bit naughty but not in the fun way the name would suggest. It copped a lot of flack from Equity for advertising for professional dancers to work for free, despite having received a substantial arts council grant and charging pretty standard west end ticket prices.

Basically, it's the theatre equivalent of gigging for exposure!
