There are folks over here who could do that for you..find a local hotrod day ,NASC or similar organisation hold lots through the summer. Take your bass along and get it done on the spot.

I'm actually trying to learn pin striping myself, so hopefully I will be able to do it myself soon. But I love the look of Matt black and red pin striping.

Looking at the detail on that, it's not been done by someone who's really good at pinstriping. Not utterly cack-handed but there's quite a variation in line width and a lack of symmetry because lines aren't drawn to the same length. Wouldn't have got a job at the old Triumph factory in Meriden.
