Malcspring1 Posted May 28, 2016 Share Posted May 28, 2016 Hey folks, I am looking for a bass related tattoo to go over an old tattoo that I am in the process of having lasered off. I have looked at some designs and some are ok. Obviously I want the winning design to have a bass clef in it, but it would be nice to have something that is a bit more unusual than just the clef on it's own. Cat Burrito Posted May 29, 2016 Share Posted May 29, 2016 I have a band of bass clefs the whole way around my right arm as part of a half sleeve. It's 7 years old now and bass clefs didn't used to be as popular (or "cheesy" - I suppose they are a bit now) back then. I also have a small silhouetted P bass headstock as part of my 3/4 length sleeve on my other arm too. There are loads of ideas if you do a google images search around bass tattoos. Obviously the bass clef would be at the beginning. You could have it wrap around your arm or have it wavy like a ribbon or even a spiral.
