SgtD
Hi All! I recently purchased a brand new Boss tu-3. In the coming weeks it's gonna get mounted on my pedal board, obviously with a power supply. In the mean time I have been using a battery. What I'd like to know is what normally happens when the battery runs low or dies? I expected one of two things, either it would send my signal straight through unaffected or it would cut my signal off completely. This does not seem to be the case with mine. It switches itself on and off rapidly forcing me to unplug and re-route my cables which as you can imagine is rather annoying mid song. Normal or not? Thanks, SgtD. Twincam
Mine just went dead and nothing, no output. Which is why I got rid of it. Fine of course if your using a psu.
SgtD
Cheers Twincam. Sounds worse than mine.
neepheid
Same as any buffered pedal I would have thought - when the battery gets low the result is either nothing or unpredictability.
