I have just shown my friend all the noodles, and asked his opinion on the 3 he'd vote for. One of the ones he picked as his favorites was mine (probably because i was standing right by him), but i explained i couldn't vote for my own. Then i realised that isn't really a general rule, just my own rule really. [/quote] Technically difficult to prevent, and eventually self-defeating in such a poll, as all such votes would cancel out (assuming that all did it, which they could...). It could work in one's favour, but where's the 'glory' in 'winning' in that way..? One is only fooling oneself, in the end. Is the prize really that valuable..? (Well, if it's the clamour of admiration from eager BC members, I suppose the draw [i]is [/i]rather strong. Hmm... SubsonicSimpleton Posted June 1, 2016 Share Posted June 1, 2016 I don't vote for myself, but it wouldn't bother me if other people wanted to vote for themselves for whatever reason I wouldn't have a problem with it - the most important thing IMHO is that the noodles get listened to. [/quote] I'm not sure about the rules but it would be impressive if you managed to get a passable tune out of two basses at the same time... video evidence would be necessary... [/quote] If that's your normal 'plug in and play' routine, why not, but you'd be better served getting a contract in a circus, I'd suggest. There [i]are [/i]those that play with their feet, so I suppose it's physically possible. Please declare these technical details when submitting, though, so that folks can recognise that there is something special going on. You have two hands, two feet + other body parts which could be used to hit strings with - no reason why you couldn't play a big rack of basses like a vibraphone if you felt so inclined.
