Hi all,

Anybody of you have Fender basses in the International Color Series?
I think they look amazing

I have 3 of them (Red, Blue & Sahara), would kill for a Yellow or Orange

A P in Capri Orange came up on ebay a couple of years ago. I'm not a P player so didn't go for it (though the colour has to be one of my favourites). All black screws etc. too. It sold for around £750 I think. Probably should have taken a punt. Massive fan of the International series (and very unusual to see a Taupe).

Waw Really? Only for £750? Maybe it was the Japanese version?
Otherwise it was a sick price :)

I got my Taupe in Italy couple of months ago

I have had a couple of international colour précisions including Capri orange and apart from the colour they are un-remarkable basses often heavy with bad/lazy contours.

I still have the '81 'international' cherry sunburst precision I bought new from Rockbottom for £260 when I was 18. The weight of it is ridiculous as its made from the same kind of ash used for baseball-bats.

Hi !
Sure,
Just the orange is missing in this pic (but you've seen him above) :)

From L to R: Sahara Taupe, Maui Blue, Arctic White, Morocco Red & Cathay Ebony

The only one missing is the Monaco Yellow
