John Schoen Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 I ordered a Peterbuilt in April last year, it should be ready in a month or so. Quote

Making the classic Fender shapes (and a couple of others) from Allparts bodies and necks, then adding whatever electronics / colors you want. I wanted a Limelight at the time of ordering but they couldn't do an unreliced finish... I went for an opal yellow, stack knob, lined fretless jazz with Dimarzio DP123s and a matching headstock. He's got a great eye for detail and I like the little touches like the matching thumbrest. Mine was around £1300 but after the recent nose dive in the value of the pound I'd expect they are a bit more now... Quote

I'm not sure exactly what the turn around is going to be. It should be around 20 weeks, but it could well be more. In 35+ years of playing, I've not ordered a bass to my specification before. [/quote] Welcome... settle down in one of the assortment of battered mismatched chairs... There is a machine over there which dispenses unidentified brown liquid into a tiny plastic cup, if you are interested... What have you ordered? Quote

I liked my Yamaha Attitude and wanted an extra P pickup because I love the sound of dual P basses. Edited June 30, 2016 by John Schoen Quote
