Well I hope he's OK. But I know from previous experience that carrying that kind of poundage has consequences. But on the other hand, a slim Meat Loaf would be bitterly ironic at best...

I saw him a couple of years back at the O2 and he didn't look a well man... Think he's been through throat cancer or something similar.

Was a poor shadow of his earlier live performances, very sad.

The backing singers are just coming in on the parts they are supposed to, nothing too sinister from that footage. He's an odd sort of bloke but wish him a speedy recovery, think hes on verge of retirement anyway. As for Ian Paice it's a mini stroke and he's hoping to be back on the road next month. First gigs he's had to cancel since he joined the band in 1968!

Incredible - in the space of about 48 hours Meatloaf collapses, Rick Parfitt has a heart attack & Ian Paice has a mini stroke. At least they're all still alive, that's the main thing

I don't get this '2016' stuff. All these are old/older people and this stuff happens to everyone. It's just that a bunch of people who we got into when we were young are no longer young themselves and it's showing.
