Kev
Anyone listening? I never thought I would say this, but the bass needs to be turned down! I can barely hear Matts guitar!
Daz39
Dunno - it's proper groove led rawk - love the bass work. It's like modern day Rush.
Kev
It's been turned down now, the first song was insanely loud, literally couldn't hear the guitar in he chorus! Love em or hate em, they are tight as a gnats arse.
Daz39
They are tight and do a good show too with the lights and effects. They're all great players too. Matt's just too talented for one person - it's not fair!
KiOgon
Missed the first few minutes - but just said to Kaz - if you're gonna get up & play bass to that many people - that's how to do it
warwickhunt
Good... very good! Whether it be the soundman or recordist each bass has its own space.

Lozz196
Not a particular fan but yes, bass up too high in the mix, still, makes a change for BBC broadcasts for the bass to be audible so I`ll let them off.
Gottastopbuyinggear
Not a particular fan either, though I quite like the last album, but it's definitely floating my boat tonight!
Guest bassman7755
One can never have too much loud status goodness. Not keen at all on the in-time-with-the-beat camera shake effect the bbc are using this year I have to say.

wmsheep
Yup, even I commented to SWTSIBLT about the bad mix. Seems to have improved a bit now tho'.

BrunoBass
I love Muse and they're always amazing live. I'm a big fan of Chris Wolstenholme's playing, and I respect how he has taken rock bass into new areas particularly with his sound. Digging that Status sig bass too! Oopsdabassist
just watched it on iPlayer, thought they were better than when I saw em at Wembley a coupla years back...ofc that may because of the superior sound mix through my headphones lol

[/quote] Same here with me and the missus, we both agreed that as tight as they were, the music was monotonous and we switched over to Newsnight midway through the third number. Oh dear, we must be getting old!
Rich
For my money, Muse are one the very best live acts out there right now. Chris is a superb bassist, his creativity and tonal palette are an inspiration (how much do I want that doubleneck???). For me, they're a 21st century Rush. Feel free to tell me how wrong I am, I don't care
Raymondo
I kinda fit inbetween the two(so far) opinions on here. I was amazed at how tight they were and loved their music in a live setting(I don't really know their catalogue) . However after a few songs I started to flick around to different programs and eventually stopped going back to them because, although the music was fabulous, it became a bit monotonous to me and I lost "the buzz".
