NoirBass
My Jamman power supply has packed up, any ideas where I can get another one? Have had a scan on the internet and Thomann do a PS 913 http://www.thomann.de/gb/digitech_ps0920_netzteil.htm ......but it has an european plug on it and I'd rather get a UK one like the unit was supplied with. Maplins don't seem to do one with a high enough amp rating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
dannybuoy
Is that 9v AC? If so, then I don't know. If it's DC try a generic 9v pedal power supply like the johnnyshredfreak one.

ahpook
you can prolly pick up a 9v ac supply at maplins...i'm no expert on ac psu tho...would it need to be regulated or smoothed a certain way ?

When I needed one (having imported a US JamMan), I found that the model number is PS0913B and I got one from piedog. But they've gone bust (GOOD). Soundtech http://www.soundtech.co.uk/digitech/ps0913B or google for more stockists. What is the current rating needed ?
escholl
unless i've missed something here, the jamman is comprised mostly of digital circuitry, which obviously will only run off of low voltage DC. Chances are, the actual rectification and regulation of the input voltage is done internally, and the external power supply is AC simply to save the cost of putting additional unneeded circuitry into that....i can't really see a reason why it wouldn't work off a DC supply? Pop. Broken Jamman has to go off for repair.
