Raslee Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 I've killed my 76 P pickup when a wire came off the pick up, I tried to resolder and now no resistance at all...it's dead Any recommendations where I could send it to get fixed? Thanks in advance Quote
miles'tone Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 Aaron Armstrong (son of Kent Armstrong) is your man: http://www.armstrongpickups.co.uk/repairs-rewind-services/ Quote

You can't argue at £15-20 for a repair. Quote

Dan Dare Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Another vote for the Armstrong family. Kent did my J Bass pickups 20 years ago. Charged me a pittance and returned them within a week. Can't go wrong. Quote
chrisanthony1211 Posted July 10, 2016 Posted July 10, 2016 Aaron Armstrong rewound the pickups form my 71 Precision, great job and a bloody good price! Quote
clarkpegasus4001 Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 I had my Fender pick up done at Bare Knuckle. Great job, but I would have considered Aaron Armstrong had I had seen these recommendations on here first. Quote
