The pickups look like Yamaha soapbars, the headstock suggests a TRB.

The control knobs on a TRB are angled and the truss rod access it at the body end. I'm curious about that 12th fret marker too.

If that's the case it is more than likely an ESP. The control layout is identical to my B205.

I don't really know anything about ESP basses (so it could be that), but without checking, the headstock looks a little like a Tune headstock?

It's an ESP Horizon bass.

It's an LTD (or ESP) C305. Similar shape to the Horizon, but the Horizon generally had a sculpted body, PJ pickups and reverse tuners on the low strings.
