Pressure wound Strings

Been using some Ken Smith compressors recently and I must say I'm rather taken with them. I've heard it said that compression strings give you the worst of round and flat wound, however I must disagree. I find these to be silky on the fingers with more thump that rounds, but enough sparkle in the top end to keep me interested. A very nice string indeed, I think I may try some SIT silencers to see how they compare.
