Used Status Short Scale Strings (flats & halfs) £20

[/color][/size][size="3"][color="#000000"]Only reason being all my basses have good old thumpy flats but this one bass (Epiphone Rivoli) seems to like brighter strings – settled on some short scale nickels.[/color][/size][/font]

Would they be suitable for a Hofner violin as the silks often sit over the nut on some short scale strings so what's the length of them minus silks? Thanks
