bubinga5
I'm putting some new pickups in the bass. But I'm a little confused. The Delano pups have black and white wires. The Bartolini wires are a covered wire in a clear sleeve and a braided non covered wire. Anyone know which is which. I have attached some pics. Thanks for any info.this is putting my soldering skills to shame.!!! Edited July 24, 2016 by bubinga5

steve-bbb
white is the signal and black is the ground - with t'other the central covered wire is the signal (sometimes referred to as hot) and the braided screen wire surrounding it is the ground (or earth)
