MacDaddy
Any recommendations for 9v power packs? They all seem to be made in China, and i dont really rate the lifespan of some, but which ones will actually last? Ta.
Kev
Depends on your budget. I use a Girgig Generator, best and quietest supply I have used.
EBS_freak
http://www.ebay.co.u...S587xdKegR4m6Pg 9v 2A I also wouldn't worry too much about the Chinese thing given that they seem to manufacture most of the PSUs out there. I remember the Jonny Shreadfreak vs Diago PSUs- both exactly the same unit - one was a tenner, one was a whole lot more (40-50 quid?). I found the same unit again for four quid. All they do is buy up a Chinese manufactured PSU and stick a brand name label on it. Edited July 25, 2016 by EBS_freak
Lightlyseared
You see plenty people still gigging with the first generation Voodoo Lab Pedal Powers. There are more modern power supplies with more current and options (the new TrueTones look good) but Voodoo Lab are the industry standard. Cioks have a solid rep too. Daisy chains are a mixed bag, some pedals (usually wahs and digital effects) don't like being chained and need an isolated supply.
