Hello! Kept the beast for a while but even if I just love the sound, it doesn't make sense for home use. It sounds just massive on my 2x12" but honestly, sounds amazing even thru small cabs.
Wonderful piece, very rare (never seen another one for sale used). UK made, limited edition. Retails for €3650 in Europe, $4000 in the USA.

8 KT88s, huge output transformers, JJ valves. Works with all impedances (8, 4 and 2ohm). Fender Bassman style preamp, passive controls on the huge power section of the BTA 400.

Of course this animal needs live work, it's just a huge waste for what I do (playing at home). In fact it's completely stock, still has the original hangtag, not a scratch on it.
I owned from new, for 2 years or so. I don't need the money but I thought I could maybe trade it for something I could use more (a bass or two, smaller stuff... whatever).
I can ship within Europe but to Russia as UPS seems to not take stuff there, unfortunately.
If interested in a straight sale, make me an offer.

Today I sold my GP12X preamp and Peavey IPR power amp and the guy took a picture of the 427 LOL 'cause he thought it was just too cool and wanted to show the picture to his musician friends.
It is cool and sound massive but... absolutely no use for me.
