Guest FretNoMore Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 Almost a week without new board pictures??? Can't have that, so here's me spamming this forum too, already posted over at TB so apologies if you have already seen them. Just put the board back together, changed things around a bit to fit the chorus. I had to resort to pancake plugs instead of George Ls in a couple of places to make it work. Not quite happy with the cabling for the Wonderlove loop, but as I can't route the cables downwards as you can with a PedalTrain, they have to stick up a bit. The tuner is also the wrong way around, it would be better if sharp was up, I'll have to get used to that. The tuner may go anyway if the headstock tuners turn out to work well enough. dalehernando Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 I've been waiting for my Fuzzrocious Rat Tail to arrive before posting my board, so two months later here it is! Very happy with this set can't see it changing for a little while, does everything I need and more. I might add a Mooer delay so for one section of one of our songs where i need to delay to go pretty crazy very quickly. Quote

Guest FretNoMore Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 Made myself a little add-on board for things I don't use live but want to play with at home. The blender is meant for hooking up the iPad for playing along and recording. Something to keep me amused on rainy nights. mr pablo Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 Still got space for a few more, might need to invest in a new board first though as I have to raise the pitchblack if I want to move it closer to the edge of the board. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with my gain pedals Quote

Ant Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 some great boards! im currently swapping two of my pedals between boards for different bands (Darkglass Vintage and Boss Parametric bass EQ) and its so tempting just to buy doubles of them! GAS GAS GAS GAS Quote
Yes they have Tom, and like you and Kev promised, the tonal change has certainly been palpable!... It is a lot of fun! I think once there's the addition of another dirtbox (made by a certain excellent UK pedalsmith! ) it will be complete... Quote
GazWills Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 (edited) Slight change to my board... Signal chain is as straightforward as it looks: OC-2 -- TU-2 -- BB Preamp -- TFR -- Chorus -- Dispatch Master So many good sounds in this setup, and the reverb in the EQD pedal is just amazing! Wasn't initially sure about this pedal as I was expecting a really present, DD-3ish delay, but it's actually really nice, not lo-fi but quite warm sounding, very similar to my old subdecay echobox (but with added reverb). The only problem now is they don't all fit on the same board (i have tried), so if I stick with a 6-pedal setup for a few months, it's time to look at a slightly bigger board. Already have my eye on the NYC pedalboard six-shot board And, lord save us, I've taken an 'arty' shot... Edited August 3, 2013 by GazWills Quote
Kev Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 Nice ill whack a picture of mine up later today, been a reasonable while! Quote
GazWills Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 cheers - have to say i'm really falling for the dispatch master, with the reverb dialled up and the chorus pedal on too, it's soooo good Quote
Kev Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 Never played it, sounds interesting though!
