neepheid
I suppose I belong to this ragtag gang now that I've made my own pedalboard. Not much going on here in terms of pedals, but I made the board myself to keep me out of mischief over the crimbo break... T-Rex Fuel Tank Jr. hiding underneath, just in case anyone's wondering where the power's coming from... MrDinsdale
Got my model fet back on the board so naturally had to have a play with signal chain order. And here’s the reassembled board getting some QC from the cat. Forever faffing with pedalboards ✊

That's an outstanding looking board

Sorry to disappoint, the neep logo is burned into the wood then lacquered, very rustic. If I lit it up there's a chance I might get contacted by Moog's lawyers... 1
Rich
Well, I've done the usual thing that I'm sure many of us have done. Got the board sorted, happy with all the pedals and their order, sounding good and working well, no need to change anything. And then change it. The old FrankenP'd BDI21 has gone, to be replaced by the Wine Cellar. Why? I just fancied a change, is all. If I find I don't get on with it in practice, I'll have another change. The BDI was a good unit, in fact a great one in its modded state, but I was just curious to see how the Wino would stack up. I'm sure at some point this too might find itself replaced by an A7K or something, but for the moment it's fine. The only other differences are ones you can't see - switching and LED changes in the Fucupcakes and the black loop.

Rich
It's a homemade mute switch (hence the full name 'Shut The Fucupcakes' ) with a tuner output, and two status LEDs... an nice steady turquoise one for normal, and a bright flashing orange one for muted. Linus27
Here's my pedalboard used for fretless. TC Electronic tuner > Boss OC5 Octave > EHX Bass Clone Chorus > Mooer Bass Sweeper > Zoom MS60B Opto Compressor (Always On) > Mooer A7 Reverb (Always On) > TC Electronic Spark Booster Not sure the compressor is in the best location but I read it's best after Bass Sweeper to stop the spikes. I'm wondering if I should move it last in the chain?
itu
@Linus27 : if you can try it by just rewiring the comp, test it. Trust your ears, there are no right or wrong choices here. So many neat boards, should I rebuild few of mine again...?
