This is my current bass pedalboard, which features my usual bass pedals on the bottom row and my 'fake guitar' sound on the top, to emulate the Royal Blood tone. This is what it sounds like!

That's wicked well done bro.
I'd appreciate a bit of a walkthrough of the board as in what each piece does and loops they are in etc etc.

My new version. This will do for the time being although the manta fuzz is so nice I may use that tor fuzz and move on my fredrics effects fuzz . At the moment I basically run the fuzz in one loop of thels2 and the octaver(digitech bsw) on another then blend them onto the other pedals, as I quite the layered effect I get, but After the gigs at the weekend I'm tempted to simply run the dry signal from the bsw into all thepedals, and then run the octave down directly into the ls2 meaning the octave down is 100 unaffected and not compress etc. That might work a bit better actually.

recently did a video of my new cog effects pedal, but shows the most recent look of my board,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=amu-lBeX4R8

basically a lot of dirt! with more to come, atm its got my Lateral sounds root, and mesa flux drive and the cog "red 5" and currently doing some demos of the of pedals from lateral! and i am thinking one of those is going to make its way in! other than that ive got the standard boss tu-3 and the bass limiter which is fine but am looking to upgrade it to a comp like the warden by earthquaker.

also have another cog pedal idea almost under way when i get time to send the package of to tom!

Finally settled on this set up, signal chain goes:
Bass : Jazz 5 > Pedalboard : TU2 > GR2 (Octamizer > Big Muff in the loop) > Rat tail > MXR Chorus > M5 > Milkbox > BDPG > Preamp : Avalon U5 > Amp : Ashdown LB30

I tried to put together a board that could produce pretty much any sound I might want for the music I play (P&W and a wedding band) and I finally think I have it covered! The only changes I can see in the near future would be a TAFM to replace the BBM and at some point way down the line a Darkglass VMTD and an H9 to replace the M5!

Thanks all for the comments! Glad people are digging it!

I will do a video of the run down of the pedalboard when I get a moment. Looks like I may be doing another Royal Blood song as my band are learning 'Little Monster' for a show on Friday so I'll try and kill two birds with one stone and get both videos shot at the same time.

But yeah, two Pogs is the way to go, I only happen to have two as I use one with my guitar rig and one for my bass rig, and photos of Mike Kerr's board from live setup shows two of those side by side (which I'm presumng is for getting the double-tracking on the rig going).

Anyway, more soon! Thanks again!

My board has gone through a lot of changes recently. I'm really happy with the current set up. It rocks. My house is a GAS free zone, for the time being anyhow!

Thought i would finally get round to putting this up.

Chain is:

Bass > His Lordship (Tweaked DIY Guv'nor MK1, used for distortion) > Ashdown Lomenzo Hyperdrive (Always on just to add a hint of grit) > The Hulk (Tweaked DIY TS808 Tubescreamer, used for overdrive) > Iron Man (Tweaked Civil War Muff, used for fuzz) > Korg Pitchblack Tuner

info on the pedals can be found in the DIY effects thread!

Ooh ! What's that little SFX pedal that seems to be labelled '4 stage' ? The graphic on it is suggestive of the EQ of a B3, but it has one too many switches for that ... all the details please :)

4 stages sounds like a phaser (?)
From the description HERE it sounds a bit like a B3 ([sfx] variety) with an added 'sub' switch. The shape control may not do exactly the same thing as the B3's tone control, but it sounds like it's in the same ballpark.

hey sorry for the late reply! yes, it's a tone shaper, that I am using to tweak the output of the Diabolik. it's more or less based on the output filter section of the micro fuzz, with a sub switch add even more lows, and a mid switch to reduce the mid-scoop.

it's really great. However I kinda changed how I am voicing the Diabolik. It only has 3 knobs, but it's a rather tricky pedal to work with. But right now I don't feel to toneshape it as I found some great settings in a band mix. So I don't really use the Stage 4 for this purpose anymore. However it's absolutely awesome to engage when switching from aggressive mid-range pick play to dubby heavily low finger style.
