bouvier
Completed my board, a few good pedals are waiting in the wings ready to go onto either this board or most likely a second board. There are few pedals and lots of spare patch leads that will be available shortly. I am looking for a few 9v power leads - two into one, around 30cm long. Any pointers on a supplier or anyone making them. And the best for bass, is my custom JAM multi pedal - really pleased with this and would recommend to all. The first version had a Radial Tonebone Bassbone in place of the DI and instrument switcher, however it was far from silent for some unknown reason. Hence this layout, less extra electronics and as quiet as it should be. There is also a Cioks DC7 underneath the Nano + powering it all. Now onto my second board, an uber simple Pedaltrain Nano build to complement the HX Stomp Nano + build I did a while ago (quoted above). This is similar to that, just no HX Stomp involved lol. I've got a Korg Pitchblack Mini on that now, using the full fat Pitch Black on the nano. I thought it'd be easier having everything on one board, quicker set up and less prone to damage. The tuner and instrument selector both battery powered so no need for any power leads. The later is passive, just has a battery to power the LEDs that are actually useful. It uses a batter box with switch underneath (I had to modify it, replaced the straight lead for a right angled on and changed the center + to center - in the process). It is a bit ironic having a pedal board with no effects, but I don't always need them I suppose! They are all mounted using 10 mm 3M Dual Lock pads, by previous build used 15 mm 3M pads that I think are more appropriate. The 10 mm pads still work, you just need more of them lol. Two compressors. Please elaborate I’m intrigued

Please elaborate I’m intrigued TL:DR, It allows for multi-band compression. Have you ever set up a compressor so it nicely, gently compresses your G string, only to hit your low E string and have it be compressed to oblivion? Basically, the Tyler is a High Pass Filter and a Low Pass Filter, with FX loops out of each side. The high pass feeds the Hyper Luminal, only compressing frequencies 550Hz and above. The other feeds the MXR M87, only compressing frequencies 350Hz and below. By setting it like this, the 12db/Octave roll off of the filters acts as a natural mid cut around 462Hz, which cleans up some mud...just by default of how filters work I guess, but obviously the frequencies are adjustable. Takes a bit of tinkering to get the settings right, but it works unbelievably well. Hand wired in Germany too, so it's well made!
Cuzzie
KMA Audio Machines - The Tyler is a great bit of kit. I started a wee thread on it on here with some decent you tube videos on it. There is so much you can do with compression, dirt, modulators etc. They offer a money back guarantee 14 or 21 days and also warranty for 5 years I think. Its worth a shout for sure

jimbartlett
I made a pedal board this morning from bits lying around. I use the EQ and drive on my Ashdown ABM 600 currently so I’m not using any other effects at the moment with my bands music. I only use a Boss Tuner and a Line 6 wireless. This is MDF covered in Duck Tape and the units held down with cable ties. The feet are off an old speaker I used to have. Nice and compact, neat and sits on top of my ABM out of the way 👍🏼😎
