Okay, some of you may remember that I restored this beauty of a bass:

It's still absolutely incredible, but it's far too good to be sitting as my backup. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves, I know it's not the cheapest FNA you'll get, but I'm pretty sure it's one of the best.

About the bass, it's 2000 model, flamed maple cap with ash body, with a tru oil (very solid!) and wax finish. Electrics are humbucker and a jazz pickup, a switch which lets you get various different configurations out of the pups, as well as a blend pot, and a 3 band active EQ.

The nut was uprated to one of the brass ones, it's had a new barrel jack fitted and the gold knobs were replaced with genuine Warwick articles.

The next is very smooth and very fast, and has a nice profile and feel to it. It sounds absolutely incredible.

Main reasons for sale are as stated above, on top of that my car died recently and I had to buy a new one, and selling this on will cover a nice chunk of the deposit on the new one.

I'm in Rochdale, cash on collection would be nice - I'm also willing to post at buyer's risk and expense. I'll only post it insured though. £1000 or serious offers... the worst I could do is say no ;)

Bumpity bump. I'll also now consider trades. Has to be a 5 (unless anyone wants to straight swap a pre EB Stingray which I somewhat doubt), and ideally a Jazz Deluxe, American.

Hows about a new year bump?

Open to offers on this, and I've dropped the price too. Trades, I'm after something Jazz like, one proviso - it has to have 5 strings.

Cheers all
