Oldboy Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 (edited) I've been thinking on the perennial problem of bass carrying, the weight of the instrument. So often I see threads where someone is selling a favoured instrument because of weight or a thread on suffering due to that weight. So, I was thinking, perhaps we need a different way to carry a bass. When buying bergens you look for a sturdy belt that will hold the weight, taking it off your shoulders and making it possible to walk for hours in relative comfort whilst carrying significantly more than the weight of a bass. What might be needed then is a way of belt mounting a bass. Discuss. Edited August 2, 2016 by Oldboy Quote
jazzyvee Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 (edited) I saw one of the the wailers guitarists using one of these a few years back and it looks like they are ok for bass too.
