Anyone watching Danny Baker's 'A Bit' series on BBC4?

Surprisingly good - lots of performances I've never seen before on this sort of compilation programme.

Definitely better on radio or in print - he always seems to 'over-act' on TV.

Still enjoy him though

Me too, I was working on TFI whe it came back on the air last year and I was actually a bit star struck when I saw him in the corner of the room working on the 99th re-write of the script (only a couple of hours before going live), after 20 years of working in the business!
He always manages to make me laugh on a saturday morning on Radio 5.
