***SOLD*** : Ibanez SRF700 Portamento Fretless £475

Ok, the thin out of the herd continues...

I've had this for a couple of years now but my current gigging repertoire doesn't justify me keeping this on.

This is part of the Ibanez 'Bass Workshop' series and is a joy to play - slim neck, nice and light. There are a few features that make this stand out from other basses that are simply defretted versions of a fretted bass :

~ Fingerboard goes all the way up to the neck pickup - 30 frets equivalent!
~ Discreet line markers on the edge of the fretboard - you can see where you are but still maintains the uncluttered aesthetics on the front of the fingerboard
~ In addition to the twin Bartolini Mk1 pickups, there's a piezo under the bridge which really brings acoustic properties to the instrument.

Currently strung with flats.

It has a couple of wee dinks (pictured) but otherwise in excellent overall condition.

It didn't come with a gigbag, but I can include one in the price. No trades thanks.

Amazing basses. I've owned some very expensive fretless basses over the years and this has satisfied me more than any other. If I could afford it I'd buy another as a spare.
