Fender Road Worn Jazz Body with Road Worn P Maple Neck - Active Electronics! £800

Right guys, here we have something that's a bit different, and in my opinion a rather brilliant bass.

After trying the Roadworn Jazz series years ago and being hugely impressed, I got round to buying one about six months ago. I actually prefer a P body with a J neck, so I sought out a road worn precision, and swapped the necks!

The Jazz body is from 2009.
The Precision neck is from 2012.

So now we have a road worn J bass body with a maple road worn P bass neck, [b]and also as an addition a J East retro pre amp added.[/b] The sounds are brilliant! Also included is a Fender moulded hard case. I really, really don't want to have to break this down sell it as a body, neck, case and pre amp as it's a beautiful bass, but I'm never going to play a precision neck so it's wasted on me.

It's been routed through correctly for easy battery changes, so the battery doesn't fit underneath the scratch plate but in the back, so much easier to change (especially mid gig!)

I paid £850.00 for the bass and hard case, £150.00 for the pre amp, and £50.00 to get the battery compartment routed through.

[u][b]I'm looking for £800.00, including delivery in the UK.[/b][/u] I'll send via courier in the hard case at my expense, but anyone is welcome to come and try before they buy in Stockton. This really is a beauty!
