Any recommendations on where to get this done?

Depends on quantity. There is usually an artwork set-up charge and then cost per unit, the more you have done the cheaper it is.

I just have a reel of Van Damme I've been given and wanted to make some cables with my company logo/name on.

Cheapest way to do it is to prepare some paper labels and then anchor them to the cable with clear heat shrink. I have mine done 500 at a time.
