Up for sale is my [i][b]Rob Allen Mb-2 Figure Walnut 4 string lined fretless Bass[/b][/i] in very exellent / mint condition. Rob Allen basses have a huge, warm, organic and woody tone. This is a pro level instrument for any fretless player. Owning Rob Allen basses have been a game changer for me. The MB2 is particularly versatile in that it can be used for Jazz, blues, funk, country, songwriter accompaniment or rock. Depending on where you pluck the string from towards the bridge to the neck, you get a wide variety of tones. Sound clips from various MB2 players below. With the new La Bella 760n Strings. The fret lines intonation is much easier than a fretless with flat or round wounds.
