attackbass
I have a Darkglass B3K which I got from Doug in 2011 when Darkglass was a very small company nobody had really heard of, and the man himself had built my B3K. Fast forward to 2016 and the switch has started to pack up on it after 1000s of gigs of being stomped on and off. I've spoke to the guys at Darkglass who suggest to replace the switch and to either to try and do it myself or get a tech in the UK to fix it as it would work out cheaper than sending the pedal to them! I am terrible with a soldering iron and worried about destroying the pedal completely. Can anyone suggest or recommend a tech who could do this kind of repair... I'm not sure if it's something a guitar tech would really do or not. I'm in South Wales. I don't use the pedal that much any longer but it's always nice to have around and would like to have it working properly!! any help suggestions would be great.
